During these classes we will work on conditioning, technique and tricks for complete beginners. We will also work on sequences on a hoop to develop an aerial routine.
You will learn aerial hoop techniques and tricks suitable for improving your strength and stamina if you already have some aerial hoop experience. This is a challenging class for those that want to learn to play in the air.

5 aerial hoops and a max of 12 participants per class. You will get plenty of teacher contact and practice time in each of these classes.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know, and please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to enter, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
