House of Hot Yoga’s dynamic Jivamukti class incorporates a Vinyasa-style flow, awareness of breath, meditation, peaceful music, and chanting. Our Jivamukti class includes sun salutations, upper body and core strengthening, and hip and shoulder opening postures.
This class works the whole body and supports good alignment, increased strength and stamina, improved flexibility, and inner peace. Our yogis love the various spiritual and physical aspects and benefits of this class.
Our Jivamukti class is taught in the hot room at 35 degrees Celsius to maximise benefits of the series and allow students to practice safely.
