The Classic 26/2 class is great for grounding the body and mind, and has many benefits including increased strength and flexibility, oxygenated blood circulation, better posture, increased energy and concentration, and an overall feeling of wellness and happiness.
This class is taught in our hot room at 40 degrees Celsius and 40 percent humidity to create the perfect environment for yogis to stretch safely and detoxify.
