How often should I do Aqua Combat?
You will be hooked after your first session so make sure
you come back each week to see the most benefit.
How fit do I need to be?
Aqua Combat is for everyone with moderate fitness levels.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
We would advise that anyone taking part in an Aqua
Combat session has some form of water confidence.
What do I need to bring?
Any swimwear which you feel comfortable in, goggles
and a water bottle – your swimming pool should have
everything else you will need.
Participants should be over 16.
