It has over a 100 stations including a combination of cardio machines, cardio theatre, strength area including a high quality lifting platform and Technogym Plate loaded ‘Pure Strength’ equipment.
In addition, there is also a huge functional training area which will provide a fantastic, flexible fitness environment and will include the brand new ‘OMINIA’ functional training rig, alongside free space for a range of individual/group workouts with bespoke flooring and lighting.

I already use this facility to take my kids swimming. I went with my kids on this occasion and it didn't occur to me until i arrived that I'd be able to swim for free, only having to pay for them. The receptionist knew straight away about movegb and I was through the turnstiles quickly. I will now explore their other facilities.
