Suitable for everyone from beginner through to expert, you can look forward to a more freedom, flexibility and tone in your body and a calmer, relaxed mind and life. As well as being the perfect tonic for busy modern day life, research has shown that yoga can help us with a great many health issues and challenges.
Dru Yoga is an empowering, flowing form of yoga. Gentle movements are mindfully combined with breath and visualisation to transform energy, thoughts, feelings and emotions. Dru means still point and it is about finding that still place where everything else just falls away and you can just be.
In modern day life, the beauty and gift of finding a space where you can just be is invaluable. It puts everything in to perspective and you can feel relaxed, revitalised and re-energised and ready to face life again.
So whether you would like some me time, if you have a physical, mental or emotional health challenge you would like relief from, if you want to feel more confident and happy and have more energy or make a change in your life, or you just wish to move your body with awareness in a way that's kind and enjoyable then come along to one of my Dru yoga classes
Anyone can practice it and everyone is welcome. There are no age or size restrictions, you can come whatever conditions you may have and no matter how you're feeling right now. Just choose to empower you and start now and see what is possible?
I have daytime and evening classes. Larger and smaller classes. At the moment my yoga students range from age 14 - 92, from people who have chronic pain and can hardly move to people who are physically fit and active and everyone gets what they need from the class! :)
