Richings Park Stables Gym is fully equipped with the following;
Treadmills, CrossTrainers, Bikes, Spinning Bikes, Bicep and Tricep Machine, Lat Pull Down Machine, Leg Extension and Leg Curl Machine, Cable Cross Over, Abs Crunch Machine, Skipping Ropes, Boxing Bags, Pull Up Bar, Benches and Weights.
We have a variety of fitness classes such as;
Zumba, Spinning, Step Up, Boxercise, Bums & Tums, Pilates, Yoga and Circuit Training
and coming soon we hope to have Bootcamp Classes, Kids and Adults Dance Classes, Hip Hop, Street Dance, Break Dance, Contemporary Dance and Ballet Classes.

Jack Bromham our Resident Personal Trainer is qualified in Level 2 Exercise & Fitness and Level 3 Personal Training. Qualified Circuit Instructor, Outdoor Fitness, Step Up, Boxercise, Body Composition and Exercise Referral.
Jack is also a British Dance Champion (Solo & Duo) with appearances on Got to Dance and Britain's Got Talent.
