At Wild Forest Gym we teach you how to climb, balance, jump, carry, throw, lift, crawl and run. Every one of these vital skills optimize your ability to perform and function, may it be: obstacle racing, adventure racing, endurance racing, trail running or general fitness.
Natural Movement Training includes body weight and dynamic movements. A lot of inspiration for these techniques come from animal movements for crawling and climbing as well as primal movements.
Wild Forest Gym’s Natural Movement Training is headed by Coach Michael, a MovNat Coach, of the renowned institution that is highly respected and recognized by anyone in the field of natural movement.
