Fitness Testing:

Full Fitness Test: If needed you will be given a full introduction to the Wattbike and how the session will progress. We will then conduct a fitting to the bike. During a 20 minute warm-up we will take a look at your pedalling efficiency and peak power, cadence and heart rates. We will conduct a ramp test, aerobic test and sprint test prior to a 10 minute cool-down. I will explain your spreadsheet which will be emailed to you at a later time. The email will include any recommendations I have and a comparison against other athletes.
