If needed you will be given a full introduction to the Wattbike and how the session will progress. We will then conduct a fitting to the bike. During a 20 minute warm-up we will take a look at your pedalling efficiency and peak power, cadence and heart rates. We will then do a session of either your choice or one in line with a training plan. I am there in either a supporting or coaching role and not as a personal trainer. We will then conduct a short cool-down.
