A 30 minute high impact HIIT session. Alternating boxing/fighting elements and exercises 30 seconds each for 3 sets, this is one round. Then we move onto another round of 3 sets. You have 30 seconds between each round to rest. Modifications are offered so you can work at a level that works for you. There is a warm up, cool down and an additional 10 minutes for a deeper stretch on an exercise/yoga mat. Equipment: Hand weights (optional) and exercise mat.
