As well as deepening your own yoga practice, you will learn the fundamental of Hatha Yoga, with a focus on Pranayama and the synchronisation of breath and movement – this online or in-person course will let you blend in according to your schedule.
In the Hatha yoga course we will experience Yoga at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. This unique course is a blend of learning styles and takes place over the course of 8 weeks.

Instructions Come in comfortable clothing, with a water bottle (if required). Yoga mats, props, bricks, and blankets are provided. We have a kitchen facility, two bathrooms, and chairs to sit on (if required).
