This 60 mins class is designed for beginners and improvers who want to build strong, sustainable foundations across hoop, sling, and silks.
We focus on learning fundamental techniques that create clear pathways for ongoing progression, prioritising correct muscle engagement, efficient movement patterns, and long-term joint and tissue health.
We teach technique - using fun and progressive games, warm up drills and mindful connection to the body.
Each session begins with targeted conditioning to develop strength, coordination, and body awareness, followed by skill development. Depending on the week, this may be individual moves, transitions, or a short sequence, allowing you to apply technique in a practical and enjoyable way.
The aim is not to rush tricks, but to build confidence, consistency, and understanding co-ordination so your aerial practice supports your body rather than working against it. This class is ideal if you want to progress safely, reduce injury risk, and develop a solid technical base that will support you as you move into more advanced work over time.
