This class is for anyone wanting to gently but powerfully reconnect with their body- whether post-baby (no matter how long ago!), moving through peri/menopause, or simply ready to rebuild strength and mobility at a deeper level.
We know group classes can feel overwhelming — and the idea of going upside down, whether in aerial yoga, inversions, or aerial work, can be daunting. This class is for those who want to slow down, get comfortable, and still work hard.
This is a workout. You will feel it — in your core, your arms, your legs, and throughout your whole body. But the work is done with intention, awareness, and respect for where your body is today.
Lindsey’s speciality is helping the mind reconnect with parts of the body we’ve lost communication with — rather than demanding those parts perform for the external world. This practice is about restoring dialogue within the body, learning to work with it, not against it, and creating strength through cooperation rather than force.
Lindsey has worked with a wide range of bodies, including older adults and people with limb, power and ability differences. She is confident in guiding any 'body' who shows up willing to try, willing to feel, and willing to be present in their body.
This class isn’t about your body doing things for you - it’s about discovering what your body is willing to do with you, and building a stronger, more empowered relationship from there.
It’s also perfect if you want to slow down, refine the deep movers, and strengthen the muscles that support your spine, hips, and core.
Using sling and floor-based exercises, we decompress the body, re-awaken the deep core, and build strength from the inside out. You’ll learn how your anatomy works — how to engage your “core cylinder,” protect your spine, strengthen your pelvic floor, and create mobility and power through your hips.
This isn’t about flashy moves or keeping up with a high-intensity sequences.
Instead, we work steadily and mindfully, starting exactly where you are and guiding you toward where you want to be using visualisation techniques and grounding. Creating quiet, persona internal conversations between yourself and your body.
Along the way, you’ll not only support a healthier, more mobile body but also enhance other practices from yoga, Pilates, and aerials to simply moving through everyday life with more strength and ease.
Think tone, stretch, strengthen, learn, and mindful connection — but in the air! With a touch of meditation and a pinch of alchemy, this is aerial Pilates reimagined: grounding, powerful, and transformative.
