All my training is core-centric, that is I teach you how to strengthen the deep stabilising muscles and ensure you continue to use them while training and beyond. Then the focus is on tightening your body all over, or targeting your areas of specific concern - using a creative mix of light weights, bands, movements using your own body as resistance and working on the Reformer to ensure you tighten in rather than bulk out.

To achieve total wellbeing it is often beneficial to integrate complimentary therapies into a regime. I can advise on this where necessary, and have longstanding relationships with first class practitioners in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Neuro-linguistic programming and The Alexander Technique"
