Sian's breath and alignment-led approach aims to make yoga accessible to everyone, no matter where their starting point. Sian began yoga a decade ago, soon falling in love with the playful movement of yoga asana (poses), which left her feeling calm and connected; and with breathwork, which eased her lifelong asthma and presented new ways to approach stress and anxiety in everyday life.
Sian teaches vinyasa flow, hatha, pregnancy yoga, and yin and restorative - the perfect compliments to a dynamic practice. Her aim is to help students develop strength and mobility, listen to their bodies and calm the mind. Sian creates a nurturing and non-competitive environment for students of all experience and ability levels to explore and enjoy yoga safely.
Sian trained in London at triyoga with Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, and has gone on to further training with Jason Crandall and Nadia Narrain (pregnancy yoga). Sian is London-based, and registered with both Yoga Alliance Professionals and the British Wheel of Yoga.
