Everyone is different, and I work closely with all of my clients to devise training programmes that meet their individual needs. I'll design a bespoke programme just for you, based on my knowledge and experience, as well as the latest research evidence about what's most effective in helping you achieve you fitness and well-being goals.
I train a wide range of people - from those who are already very strong and fit and want to improve further, to those who are new to regular exercise or returning to physical activity after time off. Whatever your circumstances, I offer a friendly, fun and supportive personal training service, and I'll help you every step of the way.
If you've struggled to reach your fitness, weight-management, or well-being goals in the past, that's no problem at all. We'll discuss what may have stopped you making progress in the past, and develop strategies for addressing these issues as we move forward with your new training programme. I'll make sure that you're able to achieve sustainable, long-term fitness and well-being.
My personal training is based at Gainsborough Health and Fitness (N1 5EB), and I can also train you outside, in your home, or at other locations around Islington, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Old Street, Angel and Hackney.
