In Gymnastic Strength Training - SKILLS, you'll learn to put your new skills you've been practising in GST together and learn transitions such as shoulder stand to L-sit on parallel bars or construct basic ring routines. This is a 90 minute class.

If you have never had any experience of Gymnastic Strength Training, we advise you attend our Gymnastic Strength Training classes first build and understanding of the strength, movement and terminology needed to make the most out of this class.
