Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamp is serious business when it comes to fitness and weight loss, but we also like to have fun - so no military yelling. By working alongside like-minded people who are striving to get fitter, you will get the guidance of having access to one of our illustrious and fully qualified Personal Trainer with the added bonus of encouragement and teamwork within a group environment.
There really is no better environment to be in because at MG Fitness Training we pride ourselves on the friendly and motivating atmosphere we have at our HIIT Bootcamps. We adapt exercises to suit groups and do a variety of high-intensity functional exercises.
In most cases, we do own bodyweight exercises such as pushups, squats, lunges and crunches, as well as sprints. In essence, interval training consists of bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
The powerful combination of cardio and strength exercises burns up to 600 calories per session.
