Postnatal Pilates In The Park is back! Starting Friday June 2nd 2017 and running until September, these classes are a great way to get back in shape after childbirth. You can bring your baby along in the buggy or come alone. Classes focus on alignment, toning and core strength. Special discounts for package bookings.
It's unlikely that we won't get a few tears, but Jen will do her best to rock buggies and distract babies to help you get the most out of your class! Mats and equipment and baby roll around space will be provided.
Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise after childbirth. The time it takes your body to heal enough to be able to exercise varies from person to person, but generally, it's anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks depending on your previous activity levels and whether or not you had a c-section. It's best to enquire at your six-week postnatal check up.
