Are you bored of endless yoga classes? Does the sight of a treadmill induce convulsions? Do you want to get fit without trying? The holy grail of fitness is here at Hackney Wick Boulder Project.
We have over 100 colour coded climbing challenges for you to try. As you fight with the technical and physical challenge of getting to the top you'll get stronger and fitter without even thinking about it! Everyone here is trying to get tot he top of their own challenge (or colour) and we spend at least half our time chatting with each other and working out the "trick" to getting up the wall.
Intro courses are 1hr long, include all equipment, registration and instruction. By the end you should feel confident to use the wall unsupervised. You can carry on climbing after the session, if you wish, at no extra charge.
