OUTRIVALS UPPER BODY & ARMS is our Strength class which focuses on everything upper body, taught by our team of Strength and Conditioning specialists.
Keeping in line with our ethos of making personal training more accessible, classes are a maximum of 8 people. In all our small group classes, there is a huge emphasis on being taught the correct technique and form on all exercises and when using various types of equipment.
A great way to target the specific bodyparts you want to work on as well as strengthening and toning your body. The class is designed and structured by the team on a monthly basis with each exercise having different progressions in order for each individual to become stronger and fitter.
Equipment includes kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands etc and various cardio workouts including prowler sprints, air bikes, rowing and more for conditioning.
All our classes are carefully structured and aimed to progressive towards your fitness goals with a big emphasis on making sure exercises are done properly and ensuring your goals are sustainable.
