OUTRIVALS BOXING is a fun, energetic class which covers all basic areas of boxing where you can improve on your technique and fitness taught by our expert coaches within a small group (maximum 10). You'll be taught how to Jab, Cross, Hook, uppercut, slip, duck, counter punch and include bigger combos with correct form. The class is catered to all levels with progressions and structure to improve each individual at their own pace! Great for people who have boxed or never put on a pair of gloves before. Small group allows dedicated focus and attention on ensuring you improve on your boxing technique and form. The class is designed and structured by the team on a monthly basis with each boxing combination having different progressions in order for each individual to become better.
