Outrivals Barbell club is all about strength work with a barbell with focus on how to progress whilst correcting any form and techniques. This will include squats, deadlifts, rows, press and more. Being small group focused like all classes at Outrivals, our barbell club suits all levels from beginners, intermediates to advanced as we adjust exercises according to your level. All classes are held by our team of strength and conditioning specialists, so you'll be learning and coached from trainers will years of experience and knowledge.Keeping in line with our ethos of making personal training more accessible, classes are a maximum of 6 people. In all our small group classes, there is a huge emphasis on being taught the correct technique and form on all exercises and when using various types of equipment. All our classes are carefully structured and aimed to progressive towards your fitness goals with a big emphasis on making sure exercises are done properly and ensuring your goals are sustainable.
