FitMiBODY believes in making personalised fitness training more accessible for everyone.
Specialising in small group personal training, all classes have a maximum of 8 people and are focused on 2 bodyparts. You will get the attention on form and technique, much like you would from a personal training session! Classes are strength and conditioning based, are structured with 2 main strength exercises to concentrate on each month which allows progression in your fitness and a lot of metabolic conditioning training to give that extra intensity.
The FitMiBODY movement was started as a community project in 2014 by Matt Lo, a fitness expert in Strength and Conditioning with a vision and belief; to make personal training more accessible by creating solutions that are structured, progressive and simple.Starting out with outdoor fitness classes around East London, he successfully crowdfunded the FitMiBODY movement in August 2015 raising over £75k in 21 days to have their own indoor FitMiBODY boutique studio in Old Street, London.
FitMiBODY runs a range of fitness packages that offer fully structured and effective personalised programmes. The classes and private personal training sessions take place at the brand new stylish, bespoke FitMiBODY fitness studio in Old Street.
