Exercise in pregnancy is vital but often women are scared because they don't know what exercise is best for them and safe for their baby. I take all the worry out of this and tailor every session to the unique requirements of each woman, where they are in their pregnancy journey and how they are feeling on that particular day. Fit and active mums have an easier pregnancy and labour as well as healthy and strong babies. They also get back into shape much faster post birth and experience fewer issues like the splitting of the stomach muscles, incontinence and excess weight gain!
