It can be really tricky getting back into exercise once you've had your baby - many sessions aren't designed for the post-natal body (they may involve lots of jumping, be far from the toilet, and engage the core too much) and not offer child care solutions, but these personal training sessions are designed specifically for you and we welcome your children too.
