Bring your babies / children and join us for a really fun post-natal exercise class. Designed with the unique needs of the post natal body this class makes it easy to get back into exercise, as well as meet lots of other local mums in the process.
It can be really tricky getting back into exercise once you've had your baby - most classes aren't designed for the post-natal body (they may involve lots of jumping, be far from the toilet, and engage the core too much) and not offer child care solutions, but these sessions are designed specifically for you and we welcome your children too. Exercise is brilliant for the body and mind and will have you feeling like 'you' again in no time!
