Hi - I'm Bex! I'm a personal trainer, nutritionist, life coach and health & fitness writer and I specialise in working with pre and post natal women helping them to look and feel their very best during and after pregnancy.
I've written a book 'Mummahood: The Expert Guide to a Fit, Healthy & Happy Pregnancy' all about pregnancy and work with women, one on one, or in groups to ensure that they are keeping themselves, and their babies safe, fit and healthy as well as working with women to help them to get back into shape after having their babies.
Exercise in pregnancy is vital but often women are scared because they don't know what exercise is best for them and safe for their baby. I take all the worry out of this and tailor every session to the unique requirements of each woman, where they are in their pregnancy journey and how they are feeling on that particular day. Fit and active mums have an easier pregnancy and labour as well as healthy and strong babies. They also get back into shape much faster post birth and experience fewer issues like the splitting of the stomach muscles, incontinence and excess weight gain!
After having your baby it can be really tough to get back to exercise. I make it really easy as I come to your house, or we do sessions at my home gym or in the park with your little one watching on. Getting back to exercise after having your baby makes you feel great - you'll have more energy, feel and look better faster and return to your best self in no time at all.
