I began practising yoga in 2010 as a means to manage pain for a lower back issue following the birth of my son. My symptoms greatly improved in a relatively short space of time and my practice has gone from strength to strength .So much so, that I was able to complete my yoga teacher training in 2017.
As a teacher I incorporate the Vinyasa flow system ,Hatha, Hot Yoga including Moksha and Yin. I encourage my students to seek correct alignment and work towards gaining strength and flexibilty.
