Yin yoga is a practice that targets the connective tissue in the body by holding postures for several minutes. In this 45 minute class we will explore postures while incorporating light meditation techniques and breath work. This practice allows you to find stillness to create more space, destress and find flexibility in the body.
This can be catered to all levels through the use of props, modifications and listening to your own bodies queues. It is deal for people to bring their own wee blanket or to have a cosy jumper/layer for the cooler parts of this Yin session.
