Outdoor training using mostly body weight exercises. A mixture of cardio,strength and toning. This is a great calorie and fat burner and a great laugh! We go out in all weathers, except ice! Bootcamps are all about challenging yourself to get fitter faster. You don’t need to be fit to start with- just ready to challenge yourself and willing to try something new. Please bring some attitude, stamina and a sense of humour. Suitable for all fitness levels.
