Livestream on Zoom - Your teacher will guide you through a series of postures which will be held for anywhere between 45 seconds up to 5 minutes each. This is known as passive stretching which targets your fascia, ligaments and connective tissues in a safe way. This class is open to all, it’s great for complete beginners.
