Vinyasa flow is a fluid practice which helps bring you back to the present moment. There is always a strong emphasis on breath and the pace varies between slow, steady holds and more fluid, softer flows. Vinyasa can be loosely translated into ‘to place in a special way’. Expect a series of seated, standing and balancing postures which are thoughtfully and creatively linked together in a flow. There is always plenty of time for reflection and relaxation. This class is open to all but you will enjoy it even more if you have a few classes under your belt prior to joining.
