In this class, the transition between postures is done rhythmically synchronizing movement and breath. In this way (known traditionally as Vinyasa Krama) we journey incrementally towards a particular ‘‘destination’’. This ‘’destination’’ could be a more complex posture or technique which requires lots of preparation and will vary frequently depending on the area of focus emphasized in that class i.e, back-bending, hip-opening, arm-balancing etc. Class is suitable for all levels, meaning that the pace & intensity will reflect the ability of students who attend. Beginners are welcome as variations will be offered.
