Livestream on Zoom - Mellow flow is a fluid practice which helps bring you back to the present moment. There is always a strong emphasis on breath which is linked with slow, flowing movements. Expect a series of seated, standing and balancing postures which are thoughtfully linked together. These classes allow for some of the foundational concepts of yoga to be broken down, ultimately supporting you as you continue to explore your practice. This class is open to all, including beginners.
