Lunchtime flow is a fluid practice which helps bring you back to the present moment. There is always a strong emphasis on breath and the pace varies between slow, steady holds and more fluid, softer flows. Always moving mindfully and often targeting the wrists, lower back, shoulders and neck to counter any tension that might have built up. Learn to connect with and tune in to your body and breath as you flow through your lunch-break. This class is open to all, including beginners.
