Livestream Zoom | Flow to Slow begins with a Vinyasa flow to warm the body followed by a slowing and cooling down with some Yin and restorative poses.
Vinyasa flow is a fluid practice which helps bring you back to the present moment. There is always a strong emphasis on breath and the pace varies between slow, steady holds and more fluid, softer flows.
Yin yoga involves a series of postures which are held for anywhere from 45 seconds up to 5 minutes each. This is known as passive stretching which targets your fascia, ligaments and connective tissues in a safe way. This class is open to all, it’s suitable for beginners.
