We offer Personal Training, Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Power Plate, Small Group Classes and Weight Management from our private studios in the south side of Glasgow. Our studios are available by appointment only and when you book a session with us it's just you and your Personal Trainer in the room so there's total privacy. As well as 1 to 1 personal training sessions we run a timetable of small group classes. We limit the numbers in our classes to ensure that you receive a level of personal attention that is usually impossible in a regular fitness class. At the moment our classes are either Pilates with a maximum of 6 people or TRX Suspension Training with a maximum of 4 people. As numbers are so limited it's essential to book in advance. If you are interested in TRX training we also need to arrange an induction appointment before joining a class as these are fast moving 30 minute sessions that require you to be familiar with the equipment, how to move quickly from one exercise to the next and how to adjust position to suit your fitness level.
