Pilates targets the deep postural muscles and works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape and tone the body. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and it is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension.
The class is conducted in a slow, precise and controlled manner and is suitable for all levels, ages and genders.
*This class is mixed level, however, at the moment, it is not suitable for complete beginners (as I am unable to demonstrate everything due to being pregnant). If you've done some Pilates and are still at a beginner's level that's fine.*
