B.FIT Training aims to get you closer to your goal, every session that you attend. This group session includes nutritional advice and a gym membership.
Clients will be warming you up to get them ready and raring to go. During each session, clients will spend lots of time doing body weight exercises, cardio and abs. Expect exercises such as press ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups and team fun! Every session undertaken will always end with lots of cool down stretches.
B.FIT Training Group sessions are ideal for helping you achieve the body of your dreams. The session is undertaken and instructed by a fully qualified and insured fitness professional.
