I offer 1-to-1 Personal Training, Buddy Sessions (2-to-1), and Small Group Session services.
If you want to train with a friend to give you that extra motivation, or if there are a few of you who like to train together, these are available at DISCOUNTED RATES.
We can train both indoors in the gym, or outdoors at a local park, using my very own equipment!
