Our Gentle Yoga class is one part yin yoga of allowing your body and mind to work together to passively open and release trapped areas of the body with two parts looking to build confidence and strength in the foundation yoga postures. Great for beginners, broken or those that want to enjoy a class in between harder workouts or on a day off to relieve mental and physical tension.
Mats Provided. Fee includes post class vegetable smoothie, restorative protein bliss ball, and tea, coffee and cappuccino.
Follow signs on New Cross Hill to parking lot. The entrance to the old dairy studio is in the back of the house, use the far stairs leading to double doors.
