A full body class we think Joseph Pilates would be proud of. This is for students who want long muscular lines and the postural alignment of a professional dancer. Everything you expect in a pilates class with sets and reps focusing on hard to reach areas in both both upper and lower body. Each section will increase in difficulty from a beginner level, so there is always the option to do something again or progress to the next level. We like to think the entire class is a core workout, but don't worry there will be some dedicated abs at the end!
