Develop strength and improve your posture and mobility within a few weeks. Fran helps you to become more aware of your body, your movement patterns and how to integrate what you learn in the class into your everyday activities. Extremely powerful to have more control over your body and develop your mental focus, helping you to manage stress and feel calm and relaxed after the class. Fran integrates mindfulness and breathing techniques so that you feel invigorated and rejuvenated helping you to stay committed to the exercise programme.
Fran's class is fun and friendly and participants are encouraged to work to their own ability giving gentle hands on feedback if that's appropriate.
