This Kettle bell circuits session will take place outside on Torquay seafront, Abbey Meadows Green.
The class will consist of a variety of different movements from kettle bell swings/dumbbell swings to body weight movements like a plank. Anyone can join in and complete the exercises without a weight if a novice to concentrate on the technique, or they can join in the full workout using the weights.
We will be doing HIIT sessions and the workout will consist of a number of reps per set followed by a rest period, mobility stretches at the start, a warm up and static stretches at the end of the workout.
This class is an all body workout and will get you set for the day.
Please make sure you bring your kettle bell with you if you have one, I have a couple of them but not to go around and a bottle of water.
You will be required to fill in a PARQ when you arrive to ensure you are able to exercise ok.
