This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you build total-body strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and burn calories like never before.
Easier and harder adaptations of all exercise are provided and you work at your own level and pace.
Classes consist of:
• 5 Minute Full Body Dynamic Warmup • 20 minute interval set with 1 minute rest in-between each set • 5 Minute cooldown / stretch
You'll need to have ready:
• 1 Kettlebell - not too heavy as it can be intense • A mat for the floor work • Towel • Water
