At the start we’ll have in depth free consultation where I'll gather as much information about you as possible, including your current levels of activity, previous levels of activity, your current diet and lifestyle habits and generally get to know you better.
From this we’ll agree some realistic short, medium and long terms goals that you wish to accomplish and I’ll develop a suitable programme to help you achieve them.
