This yoga class focuses on the latest tools + techniques for improving your overall health and wellbeing. It is a taster of the social prescribing, 10 week 'Yoga on Prescription' programme, which you can self refer onto if you enjoy this weekly taster.
It is suitable for you if you currently suffer from mild anxiety, depression, pre-diabetes or cardiovascular disease or are feeling isolated.
It is taught by a qualified Yoga4Health teacher / adult nurse.
You will need a yoga mat, blanket, a chair and some water.
