Practice Gently, Relax Deeply, Rest Quietly. As the week draws to a close, we offer a gentle class to restore and rebalance the breath, mind and body. Subtle restorative and yin movement practices with breath work, and meditation will strengthen interoceptive awareness, improving our ability to identify, understand, and respond to, the sensations and signals that arise from our physical and internal multiverse. Settling in to held Yin postures passively stimulates the deeper connective tissues, mindfully sensitising us moment by moment, to body and mind, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging relaxation and bringing rest to the restless mind.
